Emily’s Crawfish Soup

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients
  • 1 Stick(s) butter
  • 1 Bunch(es) green onions, chopped
  • 1 Pound(s) Louisiana Crawfish Tail Meat
  • 4 Ounce(s) sour cream
  • 1 Package(s) frozen corn kernels
  • 1 Can(s) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Can(s) Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 Package(s) cream cheese
  • 1 Pint(s) half and half
Method
  1. Sauté green onion in butter Show
  2. Add crawfish tails and set aside Show
  3. Combine all other ingredients, season to taste Show
  4. Add crawfish tails and simmer Show
