Ingredients and Method

  1. * You can can use either crawfish, shrimp, or lump crab meat Show
  2. Saute bell pepper in butter and wine Show
  3. Add all other ingredients and cook down Show
  4. Add more wine if needed Show
  5. Thicken with bread crumbs Show
  6. Optional: top with grated cheese and broil in oven until brown on top Show
  7. Serve with hot French bread and salad Show
