  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • mushrooms, chopped
  • 12 Cup(s) milk
  • 1 Quart(s) heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) lobster base
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) MSG
  • 1 12 Tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) white pepper
  • 1 Can(s) clam juice
  • Louisiana Crawfish Creole Seasoning
  • 2 Cup(s) flour
  • 2 Stick(s) butter


  1. Mix the sugar, MSG, garlic powder, and white pepper together to make white spice Show
  2. Sauté onions and mushrooms in 1 stick butter Show
  3. Add milk and heavy cream and bring to a boil Show
  4. Add lobster base, white spice, clam juice, and Creole Seasoning to taste Show
  5. Thicken with white roux (2c flour & butter) Show
