Shrimp Andouille Pasta

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients
  • 1 Pound(s) Andouille Sausage
  • 1 Pound(s) Peeled & deveined shrimp
  • 8 Tablespoon(s) Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 Teaspoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 14 Cup(s) White wine
  • 2 Cup(s) Heavy cream
  • 1 12 Tablespoon(s) Creole Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 Cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • LA Crawfish Co. Creole Seasoning
  • Hot cooked pasta
Method
  1. Cut sausage into bite sized pieces Show
  2. Brown sausage in heavy skillet Show
  3. Add shrimp, green onions, mushrooms, & garlic Show
  4. Sauté until shrimp turn pink Show
  5. Remove shrimp mixture from stove & set aside Show
  6. Add wine to skillet & cook until reduced by half, scrape brown bits from bottom of pan as wine is reduced Show
  7. Add cream & cook stirring frequently until reduced by a third Show
  8. Add Creole Seasoning, Creole Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, & cheese Show
  9. Add shrimp mixture & stir until heated through Show
  10. Serve over hot cooked pasta with hot French bread Show
