I want to thank all the hands involved at Louisiana Crawfish! Thank You for your efforts! With the Covid-19 pandemic, stay at home orders, and kids out of school...this Memorial Day was very different to say the least. However, I have typically hosted a crawfish boil on Memorial Day for many years, and it is part of our family tradition. My order was successfully delivered to North Carolina early Saturday morning, the website was easy to use, and I was relieved when that package arrived knowing that many hands at Louisiana Crawfish Company made it happen. I thoroughly enjoyed getting together and celebrating with my family and friends later that afternoon. My wife is a Louisiana native, she absolutely loves crawfish, and it does my heart good to prepare these for her! I believe my pot was spicy enough to kill any virus, and there was enough garlic in my boil to keep all the vampires away too! Thanks again for helping us keep our family tradition alive during these uncertain times. Just getting together, away from the news, proved to be a just what I needed. Louisiana Crawfish Company is definitely an essential business in my book!

A few of us fellas wanted to get together and do a crawfish boil. We passed the hat and got the money together to order a 40lb pack of crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish . Wow ! In today's world it is sometimes hard to get good products and / or service from anybody. This was absolutely not the case with these fine folks at Louisiana Crawfish. We had a excellent experience from the ordering to the eating! The order showed up on time. It was packaged very well . The quality and size of the crawfish was great. I found out they were very lively after sticking my hand in there with them lol. The spices included in the kit were perfect. We ordered our kit extra spicy. The flavor was spot on! Thank you Louisiana Crawfish Company for a great experience from A to Z.

Ordered 23lbs of the purged Live crawfish for my sons graduation. Delivered promptly, great quality, only 15-17 dead. Taste/boil was outstanding! Couldn’t be more satisfied! Our first time with y’all, were gonna be some long time customers! Take care!

Hi - We ordered 25lbs of mud bugs from you for a spring boil. Not a common thing here in Chicago and (of course) it was a great hit! We also ordered boudin and chicken andouille which were delicious. and some crawfish necklaces. All y'all were super helpful with my several phone calls and what to do and how much etc (since we are novices and had only attended boils in the past, not put one on ourselves). So just writing to say THANKS! and we'll probably do it again later in the summer.

We had a friend send us 10 lbs of your crawfish. They arrived here in NH on Friday. I've eaten a lot of mud bugs in my time. But let me to you, these were the best I've ever put in my mouth!!!! Totally awesome........ Thank you so much! You'll be getting an order from us soon.........

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I don't know how you did it but I appreciate your world class customer service more than you know. On the day of our crawfish party I received an email from UPS that said due to weather our shipment was delayed and would be delivered the next BUSINESS day. With this being Memorial Day weekend I knew we would not be getting our crawfish for the party but instead be getting a very smelly shipment of dead crawfish on Tuesday!! I called your 800 number and the very calm, pleasant customer service rep said she would see what she could do on her end. I few hours later our crawfish miraculously appeared at our front door---a few hours later than expected but non the less we were able to have an extremely successful party that everyone will be talking about for years to come!!! You are the BEST and have certainly won several life long customers.

After moving to Anchorage Alaska 13yrs ago, I haven't had boiled Louisiana seafood that often. Now that I have found your website, I will be able to satisfy my cravings. I ordered 40lbs of live crawfish and was skeptical at first. But now that I have received my order for a Saturday delivery on time with only 12 dead crawfish, I will definitely be ordering again from La Crawfish for all my seafood needs. Hi, Just wanted to let you know I recieved my order last week and everthing was in order. The shrimp were excellant.I have not had shrimp that good since I purchased fresh off a boat in Florida years back. I will continue to be a customer as long as your product remains as good as my first order. I am trying the gator nuggets tonite. Keep up the good work.

We had our crawfish boil last night, and it was awesome! The crawfish were the largest I had ever seen, and all of them looked to be in good working order. The spices were right on, and your directions were very useful and easy to follow. We introduced our entire party to crawfish at our boil last night, and all of them kept right on eating, some even 'sucked the head'. My wife and I lived in Leesville, LA for 3 years where we developed a taste for crawfish, we left in 1997, so it had been 11 years since I had eaten any, so this was a real treat. You can count on me being a repeat customer for many years to come. Thanks much.

The seasoning was great, the kids loved the beads, my son tried to give his beads to the ladies but too bad for him he still had them when the party was over. Let me first say, your customer service was awesome and the ordering process could not have been easier. I could never say enough about our crawfish boil. My entire family that lives here in Virginia Beach, VA (moved here between 8 and 15 years) all cam from different areas of Louisiana (born and raised) - Kenner, Destreham, St. Rose, etc. Well boy were we pleasantly suprised at this crawfish boil. Rec'd crawfish and there was only about 7 or 8 dead - WOW!!! We have ordered from other companies and have always had 4 or 5 dozen dead. WE WILL ALWAYS ORDER FROM LACRAWFISH FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone had a great time and we almost felt like we were back home - except it was 68 degrees and quite chilly. All we can say is thank you thank you thank you LACRAWFISH! Laissez les bon temps rouler' y'all. God Bless

I could not be more satisfied with the quality, service, price, and product your company provides. Growing up in Mississippi and having a father that lives in New Orleans, I have always associated the spring months with crawfish boils. But, ever since moving to Washington, DC two years ago, I haven't been able to enjoy my favorite crustacean in quite the way I was accustomed to. That is, until I ordered 100 lbs of fresh, live crawfish for my cookout this past weekend! They came off the FedEx truck the morning of the party--just as y'all had promised they would--and, after a thorough cleaning, I found maybe a dozen didn't survive the overnight trip from Louisiana. Oh, and these mudbugs were HUGE with big, meaty tails and claws! The boil was a raging success and my friends and I were able to show our non-Southern guests how to clean, cook, and eat fresh crawfish the proper way. So long as I live in this area, I will never purchase crawfish from anyone outside of the Louisiana Crawfish Company.
