A few of us fellas wanted to get together and do a crawfish boil. We passed the hat and got the money together to order a 40lb pack of crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish . Wow ! In today's world it is sometimes hard to get good products and / or service from anybody. This was absolutely not the case with these fine folks at Louisiana Crawfish. We had a excellent experience from the ordering to the eating! The order showed up on time. It was packaged very well . The quality and size of the crawfish was great. I found out they were very lively after sticking my hand in there with them lol. The spices included in the kit were perfect. We ordered our kit extra spicy. The flavor was spot on! Happy Easter! I just wanted to send a brief note to show my appreciation for the recent 30 lbs. order of live crawfish sent to Sacramento, California yesterday, April 3rd. The crawfish arrived on time and there were very, very few that died in transit, which is pretty extraordinary as when I get them locally in Louisiana, that is rarely the case. The were of good size for field run and very active. We boiled a couple of hours after they arrived and it was a taste of home a couple of Baton Rouge transplants had sorely missed over the past year. I just wanted to to say that my wife and I just celebrated our 29th anniversary. We ordered 35 pounds of crawfish y'all delivered them with perfect timing and they were wonderful. Just wanted to say thanks. We had a great feast.

The 30lbs of crawfish arrived on-time and very much alive. It was easy and fun to cook, and even more fun to eat. Yesterday you guys shipped me 61 lbs of quality crawfish and my family and I hosted our first annual Louisiana Crawfish Boil. It was a huge success and I think we have some converts in the mid atlantic region. Your customer service was fantastic, as was your product. More importantly in my family's view is that you guys brought us a taste of home and for that we are very appreciative.

Hi guys, our big ole mardi gras crawfish boil was great and I have a new fave pet...we had 4-5 crawfish left uncooked and put them in our 8 sided 30? gallon fish tank. We had red jewels on top of the rocks at the base of the tank. Each crawfish guarded one of the red stones and in the next couple of days 1 had eaten or beaten up the rest, we named him Mike after Mike Tyson. He is so fun to watch when he emerges from his fave hiding place inside a log? Howdy! Just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for all of your assistance in helping to make our first annual "Crawfish and Bullets" event a success. We had 14 guys out for a crawfish boil and skeet shoot and the quality (size and taste) of the live crawfish was spectacular. We opted for a Saturday delivery, early pickup from FedEx at your recommendation and had almost no dead loss out of 40lbs. Many of the participants had never been to a crawfish boil and they loved every tasty red mud bug. Your customer service from the time of order to delivery was spectacular (including a number of calls and hand-holding) and your instructions for how to prepare and serve was spot on (we found a little longer steam helped plump them up a bit, but that's nit picking). You have made a lot of fans (including a couple of Dallas Cowboys) and we'll definitely be placing future orders.

Just wanted to let you know that we received this order last week and the crawfish were BIG and DELICIOUS. I've never done a crawfish boil before-but I used the boil mix and spice that you guys sent along with the order...threw in a couple extra things like lemons, garlic, potatoes, corn, etc. and it turned out GREAT!! We had about 12 people over and we all ate until we couldn't move. Thanks so much- we will certainly go straight to you guys the next time we do a crawfish boil.

I think you run a top notch business and will recommend you to all of my friends. I have really had some poor service in this industry-late deliveries, poor quality, and sometimes no delivery at all. I want to compliment and thank everyone at LA Crawfish for making my crawfish boil a raving success. Being from Louisiana and having Cajun Blood in me, I now live in Richmond, VA and my wife and I spend every weekend at a campground on a local lake with a group of very close friends who for a few years listened to me rave about eating crawfish. So this Memorial Day weekend we decided to have a real Cajun Crawfish Boil, complete with the corn on the cob and potatoes. I ordered 40lbs of crawfish and some boudin appetizers. Out of the 40lbs we had only 13 dead ones. This in itself is remarkable. Everyone was amazed at the ay I cooked them and loved the end result. I am sure from the comments I received that this will become an annual thing for us. Again, I want to thank you and look forward to ordering from you again in the future.

We just the third annual Chuck Lewis Crawfish Boil and it was awesome! I had to get frozen crawfish this year because I live in Hawaii now, and I was a little nervous, but it was the absolute heat! Matter of fact, it was so good that there’s been a demand for an encore. So, we’re going to throw “Crawfest 09” 31 July 2009. How late can I order the crawfish and still have some available? How long is the season going to run? And for some reason I had this thought that you might like some pictures. Thanks again for another awesome setup.

LCC, We have just finished fullfilling the birthday wish of our 12 year old son--a "Cajun Campout" and crawfish boil (our first ever!) With over 30 friends and relatives, we prepared for a MAJOR challenge. We nervously ordered 60 pounds of crawfish from you (LCC), and because of the tremendous quality, service, and organization of the Louisiana Crawfish Company down to the smallest detail, the rest was a breeze. Everyone was extremely happy with the outcome, none moreso than the birthday biy, Drew.
