Purged Crawfish

This is my second time ordering the Individually Quick Frozen Crawfish. First off, I love the purged crawfish, very clean and time saving! Also after my anticipated group size changed with a live crawdaddy order, I have found the frozen are much more convenient! Taste is fantastic! Even though already spiced I refresh with water, one beer, peppercorns, lemon slices and Louisiana Boil simmered and then bring to boil. Dump in your crawdads, cover and yet them soak up the goodness! Oh yeah!!

This will be the fourth of fifth time I have ordered live crawfish from LA Crawfish and literally every time I has been pleased. The product comes in on time, it is fresh and the folks I serve it to are thrilled with the quality. I work to do a boil atleast once a year and will continue to do so and to order my crawfish from LA Crawfish Co every time.

EXCELLENT!! We ordered 30 lbs and we found only 3/4 dead. We are extremely happy that we can have a piece of home in a completely different state. The size was great, everything worked out great! Can't wait to order again

We received our 20lb bag of purged live crawfish exactly when we expected them. We found that 99% of them were still alive and healthy and ready for our boil. We got the Select size and they were as big or bigger than we expected. I will always use these guys for my crawfish needs. Product and customer service are both excellent!

Started with 5 lb order to see how it went. Great delivery fast on time. 5 pounds with only 2 single dead ones. That's impressive. Bought purged and I ran em again through the process. They were clean as promised on delivery. Will reorder again

I ordered 15 lbs of purged crawfish for a Saturday boil. My package arrived on Friday and I kept them on ice until Saturday evening. Out of the 15lbs, I had only 10 casualties! Not 10lbs, 10 individual crawfish. Well done LCC!!!

I live in California, and there are two ways I'm eating live crawfish...either going to the rice fields or ordering them from Louisiana Crawfish...they are always so good, nice sized and always on time...The best hands down!

2nd time we ordered from here! Everything is always boxed nicely and kept properly temp, to your door step with everything you need for a day of crawfish deliciousness! The crawfish was nice, clean, and delicious! The crowd definitely devoured!

Only saw 1 dead crawfish in the 10lbs pack. Much better than prior orders.

Overall good but I would like about twice as much seasoning. Ended up making a batch of seasoning from scratch to add to what was included.

We ordered for the first time on Friday, May 7, 2022. Delivery was made before noon on May 8, 2022. We only had to discard 8 crawfish. The process was easy and the crawfish were awesome. Will definitely be ordering again! Give them a try; you won't be sorry!

My family loves crawfish and you simply can't get any finer crawfish than the selects from LA Crawfish! Purged makes it a lot easier too. Hope we have time to make another boil later this spring!

Louisiana Crawfish Co. once again exceeded expectations during the current times. Been ordering from them for more that 11 years now and their purged crawfish are amazing. Ordered late Thursday and they were here in NC at 10AM on Saturday! Thanks for making Easter weekend a great family event.

I live in Washington state, and they arrived right on time. As always, they were incredible. There are other crawfish available here in Washington, but I was born and raised in Louisiana, so I can tell the difference—they taste different, and everything about those crawfish is unique. If you're ever unsure or craving some authentic crawfish, I recommend looking up the Louisiana Crawfish Company. You won't be disappointed, and I truly hope you get to enjoy the real deal.

I order 2 or 3 sacks a year for the last 4 years. I haven’t had any problems with customer service or with my crawfish. Always in each bag there is only a few dead out of 30-50lbs. And I live in central Florida. I will only order my crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish Company

I recently ordered 20 lbs of Select Purged Crawfish and everything came out as expected. At the time of arrival most of the crawfish were alive with the exception of a few (which is expected). Only complaint is that I would love to order some jumbo sized crawfish, but it seems to me that is rarely available! Aside from that, I was very pleased with my order and I look forward to continue ordering from Louisiana Crawfish.

I have routinely ordered crawfish from Louisiana Crawfish for my out of state crawfish boils for 7 years now. They always ensure great quality and convenience with overnight delivery of the crawfish to my door the morning of my crawfish boil. This year when the season started slow and predictions were for a terrible season, they delivered an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING batch of purged crawfish. With family in town visiting from New Orleans, they noted these crawfish were better than any they had seen this season!

Always reliable and will be back for more next year!

I normally do not leave reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the crawfish they delivered to us here in Virginia. My husband is from Louisiana and he was floored about the live crawfish to our doorstep. We ordered closer to the end of the season but the majority of the sizes of the crawfish were pretty big. Will definitely order again next season! Worth the price.

This was the first time not ordering live crawfish and I wasn’t disappointed! Understanding it was a tough year for crawfish, I was not expecting such a large size of crawfish. They were magnificent. Boiled them up for two minutes and they were perfect.

overall was great. There were quite a few smaller sized crawfish in there but non issue. got a 20lb bag and stored overnight under burlap sack. counted maybe 8 dead ones after 24 hours of storing.

I live in the city, thousands of miles from Louisiana. I was skeptical at first before ordering. Boy I was wrong, our first time ordering, 10 lbs family pack. Family loved it! My 8yrs can’t stop eating them. Will ordering again, thank you so much for the experience!
