First time I used this company so ordered the field run, but they were very small of what we are used to. The shells where very hard and tough to peel, haven’t experienced that before.

We’ve ordered live crawfishes (100-120Lb) from Lacrawfish.com for many years, back when they had free overnight shipping. The quality of the crawfishes has always been good until this year. Of the 125 lbs of “Select” live crawfish, at least 10 lbs were dead (there are always dead ones but half a sack?). Also the size of the crawfishes are mixed with some good size (like normal) and some small sizes (1 whole 25 bags). It’s one bad year among all the good years!

I order from LA Crawfish every year and always have superior results. This year was no different. The crawfish were great but my customer service experience was even better than normal. I received an e-mail that my delivery was stuck on a fedex plane in Memphis, TN and wouldn’t make it to WV in time for my crawfish boil. LA Crawfish sent me a new order and I went to the Fedex depot 2 hours away to pick it up. My original order did arrive, one day late, and over half of the crawfish were dead, of course, but the replacement order arrived and they were excellent.

This is my 3rd purchase from LA Crawfish. These were the biggest crawfish yet, but I had more dead and crushed than before. I purchased right after Easter when the huge price drop was announced and that may have had something to do with it. Overall it was a good cook, but 3-4 lbs of crushed and dead were picked out before cooking.
Keep up the good work, it’s still the best way to get the out of state overnight.

These select crawfish come in and always floor our guests with their size. I usually get 20# and the shipping is great to the north east. It’s just enough that while I’m cleaning them I can make sure everyone going in the pot has moved at least once. Numbers wise I’d say maybe a dozen don’t move and get thrown out or maybe 2-3% of the order. I’m really happy with my other and this won’t be my last by far.
