Crawfish Tail Meat

It's hard to go wrong with crawfish tailmeat, right? Well, in my case, it's because I only order it from LA Crawfish. Apart from the taste always being more than perfect, I can't praise the impressive level of customer service enough. Love this company and its crawfish!

I have purchased and used Louisiana Crawfish tail meat for years but this is the first time I have purchased directly from the company. Their crawfish tails are always tastee in etouffees, fried or on salads. Their shipping was fast and reasonable in price. I will continue to purchase my crawfish needs from Louisiana Crawfish!

This was an amazing experience from the time of ordering the products to the time we got the products. I ordered on Friday afternoon at 2pm and got the delivery by Saturday morning at 9 am in Minnesota! It was all still frozen when it arrived and was very good crawfish and shrimp! I will be ordering more! Thank you!!

First time buying fresh crawfish tail meat (usually get the frozen tail meat- which is also delicious). It was amazing. Made 2 pounds of crawfish étouffée and my husband and son polished off 90% of it. Yum. I only wish you would ship via UPS exclusively. FedEx is just too unreliable. I lucked out this time, but they have left my order on a truck in a warehouse over the weekend and the product spoiled.

I lived in Louisiana for years and know what good crawfish taste like and the 1 lb frozen are excellent! I made Emeril's ettouffee, received many compliments - becasue of the crawfish tails. Buy multiple packs, you'll be glad you did! Arrived in NY still 100% frozen - fast delivery!

I ordered from here and it was great. The crawfish came the day I was hoping and shipped the day before from Louisiana. I am in California. The crawfish were delicious in the etouffee I made. So fresh tasting, everybody loved it. Definitely will be ordering more items from here!

We ordered 6 pounds of crawfish tails. When we received the cooler, two of the packages were no longer frozen. Four were still frozen and went right into the freezer, but other two, which were not directly under the cold packs, had thawed.

The live crawfish and crawfish tails were absolutely perfect as usual. LA Crawfish customer service followed up on my online order with a telephone call to ensure that all was correct. I have to say that talking to the LA Crawfish people is always a highlight of my experience as I not only enjoy their professionalism and sincere niceness but also enjoy that feeling of the family like operation that I am dealing with and not some mega company with no personality. FYI When my many guests ask me questions like how did I get my crawfish or where did I get my crawfish from I just gush about LA Crawfish!

Easy to order, they care enough to hold shipment if weather could be an issue in receiving timely. The product is fantastic!! We order 5 1 lb packages every year and savor our creole and cajun meals.

The taste of this crawfish tailmeat is excellent. It's fresh, tender and has a really perfect amount of fat. I use it is several recipes - gumbo, etoufee and crawfish pasta. It really is outstanding.

My order arrived in New Hampshire but the tails were thawed and I was concerned. I contacted Louisiana Crawfish and even though it was memorial Day Weekend they responded immediately. I was to receive a new order. We specified the next Wednesday and it arrived frozen hard as a rock. We used one pound to make South Carolina Creole with Grits. I so love this company. We love etouffe, using Chef Paul Prudohme recipe. The Lacrawfish product is perfect. It is High quality and easy to use in preparation. No surprise though, all Lacrawfish products are great by our standards.

I don't always have the opportunity to be a frequent buyer of your products but when I do, it's always your company!. Love your crawfish (and gator bites too!). Husband & I have our celebration here on the West Coast just the two of us and so glad to have our "Mardi Gras" festivities!

I live in northern Indiana, a mile from Michigan. That’s a long way from Louisiana. If there’s crawfish for sale here I haven’t seen it. After staring at your website for a while I chose December 27 for the delivery date because that is my husband’s birthday, which meant that someone at this company had to ship my box the day after Christmas. I was skeptical. I’ve never ordered from here before. It felt like kind of a risk with the expense. All I wanted was to make him crawfish étouffée. Crawfish was so well packaged that it was still frozen on arrival. I made dinner, and the hubs said “this is awesome.” Thank you!!!

Never purchased tail meat before. Took a chance, and glad I did. Sauted in olive oil, butter & garlic w/ a dash of Tony Chachere's seasoning. put the entire 1lb in w/ a box of Zatarain's black beans & rice. Delicious!

I have ordered from several places over the years but La Crawfish has the best product best price and best customer service, I typically order tail meat but have done live as well and even turkdunken, never disappointed. No need to go elsewhere

DELICIOUS!!!! I ate mine sautéed with butter, olive oil and garlic with angel hair pasta. Even my dogs were drooling over it and Rusty is very picky eater. Thank you for the American product also.

It came frozen in a pouch, but once defrosted it was a decent amount...made 3 servings with it...followed direction on the package for etoufee which you need 1 stick of butter and 1 can of mushroom soup...but was delicious on top of rice which is a necessity... will order again.

Perfectly seasoned bits of heaven! These crawfish were great alone, but put them on a po-boy sandwich....oh my! Great sized crawfish with just the right amount of breading. Thanks for making dinner easy. I would have given 5 stars but no cooking directions on the packaging made it a guessing game.

I ordered these online to make etouffee. I haven’t made it yet but I always used this brand when Walmart sold it. These tails are delicious! I was a bit skeptical about ordering them frozen but they were packaged so well that they were not thawed at all. I just put them in my freezer immediately and I’ll have them for my New Year’s Eve crawfish etouffee! I can’t wait! I highly recommend using this company!
