I nearly jump out my skin when the crawfish arrived. Once I cleaned the crawfish and boiled them I felt like I was home. I would have them no other way. I'm definitely reordering some more but more pounds.?

We’ve purchased from this company before and the first time we used our own season for the crawfish. This year we used theirs and it was way better!! The crawfish were still alive when shipped to AZ. It was so good! Will be making another purchase in the spring!!

The shipment arrived on time and alive and I was expecting the crawdads to be a little bit smaller because it was field run but we were all very very pleased to see the size of some of it was an excellent excellent selection.

As usual, Louisiana Crawfish came through. Have had nothing but great luck with them for the past 11 years. Picked them up on Friday and cook them Saturday evening with very few dead loss. Top notch!

I'm giving this 5 stars, even though I don't think it is quite a zippy as it used to be. That's ok in most cases, as I'll be able to let the boil rest for a bit to give it a boost. I could always buy a spicier mix from them too.

Overall the flavor is good, especially when combined with fresh lemons so the tart and acid help round out the flavors.

First time ever doing a crawfish boil and it went fantastic. We had to hold them overnight (no Sunday delivery) and only lost about 20 crawfish out of a 30 pound order. Flavor was great and the experience was super easy, will definitely order again.

Love these alligator nuggets! I've ordered them every year since 2018 and have them shipped to Washington State. They are the highlight of our annual Mardi Gras party, and very unique in the Pacific Northwest. Fast and easy to cook in a small oil fryer.

I ordered the marinated bone in alligator legs. There were 8 legs in the 2lb package. Some big and some smaller. Good amount of meat on all the legs. This is my first time ordering and eating them. I cooked them on the grill. Wow were they good. Great taste to the marinade, which to me seemed more like a dry rub. But great taste and tasty meat. I would definitely order again.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day boil! The crawfish arrived on time and were very lively. They were decent size and we had very few that were not edible. The memories made were worth every penny!

I live in northern Ohio but earned to love Louisiana crawfish decades ago. I've shipped crawfish from many vendors. The size, quality and taste of these crawfish is by far the best. It is what I cook for my family and also my close friends. It's all I will buy.

As in previous orders y’all didn’t disappoint. Nice size mudbugs and only 3 dead upon arrival. The only down side was the party pack only had 2 bead necklaces. The kids always love getting them. No worries though we will be ordering again. It is a treat when we order so it’s not often.

My buddies and I tossed around the idea of smoking an alligator and ordered our 31lb alligator and we were very impressed. The shipping was next day in time to thaw for the weekends big game. We took our time and all necessary steps to prepare the gator for the cook and man was it good! We highly suggest ordering a skinned alligator from Louisiana Crawfish Co. It was by far one of our most memorable cooks along with the crawfish we order from them. Very tasty.

Crawfish came in on time, delivered to an apartment in Atlanta no less!! Came packaged and cold! Looked like they were already cleaned too. No dead ones to speak of. Boil tasted delicious and it was a big hit. Doing this again and again and again with LA crawfish.
